Damaged and wrong coins! I sent him 23 coins for 10 coins. Out of the 10, 2 were totally wrong, 2 in very very bad condition (unrecognizable), 2 others in not more than Good condition. Didn’t agree to fix it up, only very partially. Very hard to communicate. Don’t swap without photos.

First of all, Jorge, I would like to say that this is my first time not to grade 5 stars, but my experience was not good enough and I won't be swapping with you/him anymore, which is a pity because if better care was taken I would have swapped with him again as he has a lot of coins to offer, here bellow is why I have decided to grade like this:
1st, Communication is hard as he only speaks Portuguese, which is ok if you are willing to communicate like that, and to be fair he replies fast and the answers make sense.
2nd, Shipping was done 12 days after me, 16 days after the Swap offer accepted, at the same time he received my coins, when I chased him about it, he said he could not send it sooner due to the festivities, which I don't think it is excuse enough to take over 2 weeks to send the package. But what did upset me most was the way the coins were shipped, all in the same loose plastic bag ready to be damaged and on top of that some of the coins were covered with some sticky substance that was oozing/melting and making all other coins dirty and sticky too, so I had to clean them all. His answer to me complaining about it was that he collects used coins and does not clean them up. But I really think that if a coin is as dirty as to make other coins dirty the least you should do is isolate it if you can't be bothered to clean it.
3rd, quality of coins; besides the sticky mess, I was disappointed with the quality of some of the coins, for how much he valued his coins for I was expecting way better in general.

Dear Jorge, you have great coins, you should take better care on how you ship them, that for me was the decisive point which made me consider everything else and decide it is not worth swapping with you anymore.

There was no exchange because he wanted to take advantage. He contacted me first and I have agreed to make exchange with him. I told him that I always exchange by the value of the coins (from the market and from the catalog) and he agreed this. Earlier he chose from my list 49 coins, but after, when I put the prices of the coins, he choose 37 coins (including 2 very rare 2 euro coins of San Marino: 1-Grace Kelly in 2007 and 2- Intercultural Dialogue 2008). I told him that Grace Kelly was only for sale and the other of 2008 was reserved for another collector and he approved, and eventually he choose the rest of the list with 35 coins with a total value of 180 € ( see list below). Then I chose from his list 30 coins with a total value of € 116.50. Then he changed his mind and insisted that I must also add the currency of San Marino in 2008 in his want list. I explained to him again that it was reserved for another collector, and I could not lie that collector whom I had promised this coin of San Marino in 2008 but he insisted that without this coin he did not wanted to do the exchange. Then, since we could not do the exchange, he proposed first to give each-other positive opinion. I was okay and I told him that since he has contacted me first, he had to put first the positive opinion and then I was putting well. But he don’t accepted too this and meanwhile I don’t accepted his proposal, then he put me negative opinion. So for this reason I am forced to give him a negative opinion back.
P.S.
As I said above, before he was agreed to change according to the value of coins and instead now he says that he wanted to change 36  :36 (well 1: 1).

J'ai enlevé 3 étoiles à Jorge =
1 enlevée pour les erreurs sur le courrier (nom mal libellé et adresse du code postal erronée, heureusement qu'un employé de la poste et le facteur ont eu de la conscience professionnelle);
1 enlevée pour 1 pièce trouée (non mentionné ni apparaissant sur la photo, trou caché par une autre monnaie) et pour les pièces en vrac , le minimum serait de les protéger une par une ;
1 enlevée pour 3 erreurs de pièces , les 10 Réis se sont transformées en 20 Réis, j'en ai déjà de ces années ;
Il faut que Jorge fasse des efforts pour la traduction , ne se dépêche pas (NUMISTA n'est pas une course à l'échange) d’où les erreurs et surtout qu'il n'engage pas d'échanges en quantité qui nuisent à la qualité (15 en cours à l'écriture de ces lignes....)
Privilégier plutôt en commentaires des monnaies leurs états que des valeurs d'échanges un peu chères ....Mais c'est lui qui juge pour ses doubles ;
2 étoiles quand même pour la réception (très tardive due aux mauvais libellés) et pour les pièces assez anciennes;
