Please help identify this coin I found, can’t identify the face

Maybe france or italian states

I believe it a French Double Tournois, just can’t identify the face side and year

I don;t think it is a royal issue (which is why you can't find the face).  We can see D G PRI, so maybe Chateau-Regnault or another principality.
