Help identifying islamic? "MIKHAIL HABIB" token.

I guess this is from somewhere islamic countries but can't figure out exactly.

Can't sure but it looks “MIKHAIL HABIB” on obverse and “DELQR OR” on reverse. And there is also crescent and star symbol.
