Ruedi Kunzmann

Dr. Ruedi Kunzmann (born 1950) is a distinguished Swiss numismatist with over five decades of experience in the study of Swiss coins and world paper money. He serves as a specialist at SINCONA AG, a renowned numismatic auction house based in Zurich. Dr. Kunzmann has authored numerous scholarly and popular articles, contributing significantly to the field of numismatics. His expertise encompasses Swiss cantonal coins, contemporary imitations, and global banknotes. Notably, he co-authored the "Neuer HMZ-Katalog," a comprehensive reference work detailing Swiss and Liechtenstein coinage from antiquity to the present. 

In addition to his scholarly pursuits, Dr. Kunzmann has curated selections of historically significant coins, such as the talers from the city of Zurich, highlighting their rich history and cultural importance.
