Seriously, in future, if you can add the date, do it so referee can accept, if not, PM the respective referee so they allow year adding or just add it. I saw this thread just by accident, so I can't always inspect the forum.

I think posting on the forum additional to the PMing of the ref is good practice for documentation and authentification you have to provide proof that the year exists and if that year belongs in said coin page for everyone to see.
I accidentally clicked on downvotes in the past and you can't take them back maybe it was the case here too.

You're right Idolenz, posting in forum is a good practice, but i this case:
A) there was no need to show coin picture, as the picture in coin page was showing the missing year, that was missing;
B) was not posted a picture in this thread to show the coin.
C) I suggest to PM referee in case year can't be added to coin page (year list closed), or if who requests can't add it for any reason.
As said before, I saw the request just by accident, I don't look forum every day on every section, and as I have 14 sections to manage (10 coins + 4 banknotes), is hard to check them all frequently. Time to time, I search forum using the country names, but it takes many time.
