I have noticed the existence of two variations under this listing (font style & size):

I have subjected the change on Dec 13 but it's still "pending"

These are two different years though, variants should be from the same.

Then - if not variants - what? Shouldn't they be somehow marked differently?

Most of my change requests have been addressed rapidly, but several have sat in the queue for over a month. And the last half of December is a busy time for many people.

I'd suggest more research and then add the result in comments. Just seeing two coins leaves open questions:

• Is just one year different from the others?
  
• Was one style used up until a certain year and then another style later?
  
• Are all coins from one year the same style?

​It depends if the differences are "huge", the KM normally made either a new sub-number or a completely new number, if the alloy changed, then a letter was added to the existing km#.

Since Krause has stopped giving the numbers, we are really in a mess!
