My issue is with the diameter/weight. Your example is perfectly acceptable for a cast Uncia, but for a struck Uncia (like the above link), the dimensions are a little big. I checked ICC, and for this exact type, they list a range of 4.04-9.74 grams; however, their ranges are only based on examples they have seen. For another type of struck Uncia, they list a weight as high as 11.00 grams, which is closer.
So... I imagine this is probably just an abnormally large example. Another possibility is that this is an unrecorded cast type, although the environmental damage makes it difficult to tell whether this is struck or cast.
As for this being an original or a copy... I am not sure how someone could fake this kind of condition. Even if this example is bigger than to be expected, everything else seems alright to me.
