buddy got this at his store Liberty half dollar

My friend has a small grocery store and saw this in the till paid by a customer. After looking I can see the ranges on these are considerable.

I was hoping some of you might be able to help me out with some more details about the coin. Thank you in advance.

Walking Liberty Half Dollar minted 1916-1947. Looks to me to be in F condition. Worth maybe $15-$20. A very nice find.
