The mintage section of the coin https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces386.html
has two line for 1956.
1956 2% Included above, with fold, with dot under date
1956 16 732 844 19% With a fold on the shoulder

Note. Obviously the percentage is from wrongly described occurrence of lines and has nothing to do with frequency as it expected to be. This is not the case of this topic and in this post onwards this nonsense will be omitted.

Written:
1956 Included above, with fold, with dot under date
1956 16 732 844 With a fold on the shoulder

should be:
1956 16 732 844 With a fold on the shoulder

The lines should be merged for they represent the same variety. Dot in this case is a die defect.

Maybe you are right but 84 lucky members took their time to identify their coin with a good magnifier and enter them in their Numista inventory this way. Ask yourself what's the reason for it. A good hint would be a great difference in value (up to $180 and usually five or six time more than equivalent grade without the dot).

Friendly reminder, due to your bad attitude in the past, any change request from you concerning Canadian coins is automatically rejected. Too bad for us in Canada. You can provide your expertise on coins of all the other countries if you wish.
