I re-elected 8.3 kilos of 5 kopecks 1957 and found only one with 16 ribbons. I have a lot of catalogs, but there is talking only about 1 kopeck 1957 with 16 ribbons and 3 kopecks 1957 with 16 ribbons and they are very rare. I think this one is too, but maybe there are missing of information.
