Looking for information 1939 royal visit medallion

Hi all im looking for any information about this coin/medallion that I have been given from my grandmother.. All i kno is that it was given to her by the actual royal family themselves.. Had photos of them together from 1939 but misplaced them after her passing... Cant seem to find any kind of info or photos on it hopefully someone here can help.. Thanks

il faut préciser les poids diamètre métal de ta médaille et rogner les photos ...

C'est une médaille excessivement rare, sans doute à titre privé car le couple royal n'est pas couronné.
