It should be for various items on the reverse - in my opinion.

I still don't think giving a tag makes sense here as it seems too generic. We would end up with the tag "Emblem" on so many coins that it might not be relevant. Basically any token with a logo or a brand would have such a tag (Coke, Nike, etc.) or with a symbol (Superman, etc.).
Coat-of-arms identifies a form of issuer representation itself (i.e. issuing authority).
