I found a rare coin and don't know how rare is it [Resolvido]

So I found this coin 

and found it on numista 

N#33450

and it says that the frequency for the 2021 coin that I have here is 0.3%

I can't find how many were minted nor an average price of this coin.

Is it rare or not ?

I have many of other dates but none from 2021.

And I can't find anyone selling it.

The reason the frequency is 0.3% on the Numista page is because few Numista members have had a chance to add it to their collection with it being in circulation such a short time.  I'd expect over time that frequency will go up and values shown will be in line with the other years (low).  My guess is there are no mintages for these coins because the Serbian government does not publish them.

I don not believe it can be considered as a rare coin.

Yeah that's what I was thinking too. Thank you I will keep it and see what happens

I think it premature to call it “rare”. Perhaps the central bank is just starting to release them for general circulation.
