Split Mongolian Notes [Resolvido]

We currently have two distinct notes listed together under Mongolia P#65. As can be seen here, the 2020 date is quite different from the earlier notes. I've requested a new page for the 2020 date. Once that's accepted, can onwers of the 2020 date please be moved there?

The same goes for P#66 (see here for the new 2020 version) and P#69 (new 2021 version here).
