The mintmarks on the upper right coin are similar to "Boo Ciowan", Board of Revenue mint in Beijing, a mintmark used for Ching dynasty coins. However, the top and bottom symbols on the other photo to my knowledge do not correspond to any Ching dynasty coins (but bear in mind I'm not an expert in Chinese coins). Therefore I think your item is probably a modern good luck charm, evoking but not copying Ching dynasty coins. Perhaps someone more expert in Chinese coins can confirm or correct this guess.
