First of all it is not clear, how the person, why named Himself as His Majesty appeared here, He promised to leave these exercises to specialists, when He confirmed step by step during years of His own international spoilage of the catalog, see for example a few year notices of just a small part of this persistent work in https://en.numista.com/forum/topic51669.html .

But OK, maybe Numista is short of specialists and invites His Majesty again and again.
