HTML entities are displayed in several sites [Resolvido]

This can be seen in this coin: N#5253

In section Manage my collection, the first line is date=1922, comment=Base of "1" cut-off.
 

If I click on Add to my collection (with mode complete display) I see a modal window. The first select box (label Coin) has options with date+comment, and comments are displayed with HTML entities.

Something similar also happens if you auto-link a page with quotation marks in the title.

It's still in the ‘See also’ field (example as of yet). Will these auto refresh and fix themself over night?
