Add 1736 to 1⁄24 Thaler City of Hildesheim (1688-1755)

Hello! I found very interesting variant of 1736 UAW in my own collection which is not presented in the Krause catalogue.
I suppose this should be added to the years in the minting information: N#26713

Do you have the Krause catalogs or are you just basing your statement on Numista?

The 1736 UAW is KM# 271.

If I'm correct the coin described in Krause as 1736 UAW is KM #271. It has different obverse than mine coin, which looks like KM#246. I'm right?

But the legend of your coin is DA PA : DOMI not DA PACEM which is a characteristic of KM# 246. And the KM# 271 description doesn't specify the shape of the arms.

As with many coins of that era I expect the Krause catalog is an incomplete description of the actual varieties produced, but in my opinion it would be more consistent with Krause to consider it a variation of KM# 271. (Until we collect enough coin images to produce a new categorization for the 1/24 Thaler coins of the city of Hildesheim.)

basically, I would like to emphasize that Krause is not the right reference work to exactly classify this varied type. KM# 271 covers the area where your coin belongs. However, without going into variant-specific details. Just as little as SchönDM# 12. The correct reference work for this type is BuckBahrf (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/catalogue.php?id=642). Here this variant is described in detail under number 486 (but also without a picture).
KM# 271 is currently not available on Numista. So I suggest you create a request for this coin
