 Yes, always wondered why ANY member says ‘what kind of error is this’ and 

does not tell us first of all what THEY think it is. Give us a clue! 

 Maybe on the last picture it could be struck off-centre, with a raised 

edge on the left of the reverse. If so, why show the obverse - 

but as mentioned, we are guessing. 

Looks like the normal 10 Cents.

I wouldn't say that was an error. The exact shape of the tiny “R C M” letters does vary slightly in different years that I have just checked now. Unfortunately, I didn't have another 1996 to compare with yours.
