A new UNC set was issued by Hyderabad Mint for the following coin in 2023 N#23593

A new line needs to be added in the years of this coin

Date - 2010

Mint - *

Comment - Uncirculated set coin (Issued in 2023)

If exact same coins dated 2010 were produced again in 2023 for Hyderabad version, we should add it as a comment, not a duplicated yearline

Yearlines in these 3 entries were merged: coins are the same, and Numista does not reference sets (at least for now)
