Hello Numista! New to the site (this place is amazing) currently going through an old collection. I am hoping to identify this bar, as I've found similar types online by searching the name and image, but can't find one with the exact depiction. Print says "One Ounce Troy Silver, 999+ Fine. Ottawa, Canada. National." Depiction is of Parliament. Notably there are similar troy silver ounces online that depict the parliament beside a Christmas tree, but I cannot find the exact bar.
