Replace more links inside Numista with titles

I just created this post with links to a coin and a ruling authority: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic145590.html

The coin link is replaced by a text describing the coin. The same could be done for the ruling authority ("Emmerich Joseph von Breidbach zu Bürresheim"). Or to a link to a reference page, to a mint page, or (when they get a page) a link to a mark page. Or, in this post, the link for the forum topic could be replaced with “Forum: Add Emmerich Joseph as a ruling authority for Erfurt”.

Yes, of course. You can insert links, and links with text… but if the text (the translation) change, the text of this link is not updated.
