Not only that but I look at every thing under artsakh and it isn't there ….
Ahhhh ok it's a Medal / Fantasy coin , so why is it that while other similar coins are circulated coins
The more I look at this the more I think that the several coins called medal/ fantasy coins there should be changed to Coins › Standard circulation coins . Unless someone can disabuse me of this notion that's the way I think it should be done . Those other coins seem to be regular currency also.
Not currency , but circulated coins , you know what I mean …. Jellybean.
That country was not internationally recognized.
???? What does that mean. Then change all the other ones to medal/fantasy coins ….It's just not consistent policy; doesn't matter if country isn't officially recognized.

It means that I've selected not to make political statements about nature of that region.

Artsakh issued new coin designs in 2013. Wikipedia has source, but they did not update table with new design images and archive.org does not allow to see page from 2022 atm.
No idea why people think that coin depicts Cheetah, when only Caucasian leopard is local to the region.
Krauze did assign numbers to their coins.
I meant what happened between 2004 and 2013 that new coins are considered fantasy rather than circulating. Is there a reason they should not all be the same as the OP suggested?
“No idea why people think that coin depicts Cheetah, when only Caucasian leopard is local to the region.” Maybe because Artsakh already made coins with a cheetah on it?
Azerbaijan - Artsakh referee will tell you that country was not real
Armenia - Artsakh referee will tell you that country was real

They boths are spotted felines and I am pretty sure that we do not have Artsakh source to tell that coin depicts local animal and not 12 animals still living in Iran.

And looking at the spots on 2004 coin, I would say that it shows below kitty and not top one.

Coins. Azerbaijan got their internationally recognized territory back. There is no reason for them to mock other side. I have no source to confirm that 500 dram was issued in 2021. Not touching that or token.
OK. Thank you. Good thing the OP brought this issue to light.
Hello,
The coin N#51118 was categorized as fantasy with the following justification:
This is fantasy issue made by unknown [Chinese] mint for commercial purposes.
Here is the link for the only official circulation coins of Artsah
