I have this 500 rupies coin with the inner circle which seems to have an downwards offset instead of centered. Do you agree on that? Is that common or has it any value? The picture of the coin on the numista page (500 Rupiah (T. B. Simatupang) - Indonesia (1949-presente) – Numista) appears centered.
