It's clearly a USA 1 Cent that's been tampered with and appears to have had a thin layer of additional metal applied to the Obverse, which has then been imprinted. Not sure why it's been reduced in size or what the three stars are for over the Lincoln Memorial, but they're fairly precise. Any ideas?
P.S. - Obv/Rev orientation is a bit off with mine - see top right photo for a straight top to bottom flip.
It's clearly a replica coin or lucky charm (16mm), probably from some sort of ornament. I think it's replicating a 1 cash from Boo-chiowan (Board of Revenue, Beijing). Closest I can find is this… N#48665
Any help, either to identify it as a replica or to identify what original coin it's copying, would be much appreciated.

I think this is a closer match. Just my opinion though.
You both must be very pleased with these recent finds. Although, it seems a bit quiet this month - not many people adding to their exonumia collections.
Got hold of another full set of the Lauer play coins, this time from Sweden … all eleven denominations dated 1888 (1 öre to 20 kronor, all sized 13mm). Still a dozen more countries to go 😀
Need to add 10 of them to the catalogue still, only N#347934 is listed for now.
Just call me Bram
No new swaps for the moment, still too many half-ongoing swaps to clean up!

Nice !!! I really love seeing new types of miniature coins that people find. I only have a few, but they are very treasured.
