How do you determine which version of this coin you have, when you don't have certificate or anything? Weights 15g. Or if it's “BU” or “F. 456/2” or “Proof”. Probably not Proof. And the grade?

If it doesn't have a proof finish it isn't N#60813 the silver issue one with .950 silver. I would err on the side of the non BU N#31 .
