It appears that it is some billon or at least silver washed. It is most likely Hungarian, but could be from other countries of that region.
I pretty much cannot recognize any text on this side , I can see just “***O**”.On this side I think that I can see a few letters, but I'm not one hundred percent sure, “*V*D*R*”.
I have found the other half of the coin. This would probably help a lot .
I think that on this there is cross-like thing that appears on Hungarian coat of arms. I could also see a bit more text, “…V*O*R…D…”On this side I can see a crown. Text “…IR…O…”
I think other Anjous put their heads on coins. Before 1300 Hungary has less lettering. Around 1500 they get more complex coat of arms, less gothic script and madonna. That would limit date range in search.
