I believe this is P13f(2) nd1965. Finding out who the signatures are for the East Caribbean notes are not that easy, but I believe these are the people: -
Chairman - Vans T LeBlanc
Directors - L-R - Norris Cummings; Noel Walling and Cecil Jacobs.
Value? In this condition, I would not put too much hope on it. See here, someone is selling the same note for $3. No buyer yet. To put a fair value on your note, I would say $0.99. The seller is selling this same note in the same condition for $3, and he has to pay for his selling fees, packaging material and also to drive to his/her nearest Post Office to post it out (car depreciation and gas).
