I have a German coin with a very similar cancellation. I see online that they can go for something like 20–30€ maybe? The only thing is that I'm not sure if such alterations (including mine) are really legitimate or just done by some guy in his workshop.
I read that they are recognizable by the type of signs they have on them, the rarity is given by the type of moenta and the country that destroyed them but I don't know more than this, I don't even know the value
