Pending request too much time [Resolvido]

I asked to add 2 picks of 50 Ouguiya from Mauritania since August, but so far no one has approved the request. Why does it take so long to approve a request? Can someone give me some information?

I see. Usually after a certain time it shows up on the Master referee's list as not being worked and they step in to help. Not sure what that time is but don't cancel it as the clock resets.

I saw a request to add a variant line made on November 11th (yesterday). Was that yours? If so, we need to wait about two weeks before we can "act". If I add a line now, there's a risk of having a duplicate in a few days.
