Medals identification

Hello, could anyone help me to identify this medals, please? 

40 year anniversary of WW2 (technically, Victory in Great Patriotic War on May 9th as it is USSR)

Glory to Soviet Communication Officers

It was a round number. They had commemorative coins, medals, post stamps dedicated for the occasion.

It is probably a badge or sticker.

That one is completely different. Six characters look like old Cyrillic, but I can't understand it despite of having some knowledge of Russian
