I am discovering the website so pardon my mistake. In any case, what shall I do if I am interested in the medal, how do I communicate with a collector on this subject?

Unfortunately, as the page on the medal states „no member wants to exchange this item“, and the rarity index of 100 means no member has the item, so there is no one to communicate with unfortunately.

The Medal was produced by the Moscow Mint, and without doing further research I would suspect that it is them who sell it. Try them directly.
