Adding full signatures for Indian notes [Resolvido]

I noticed that one of the Indian notes in my collection does not have the full signature name. Despite the first names being easily identifiable, it is are abbreviated. Many Indian note signatures are the same. Wondering if we can expend these so the full first and last names are available like other signatures.

Nice catch. Looks like the 1943-1949 signature is the correct one as that is his tenure as governor

He was Sir Chintaman Dwarkanath Deshmukh - or more commonly Sir C.D. Deshmukh.
