Hi - The 1914-1918 WW1 Silver medal

This medal was also issued in Bronze - Is there any way of knowing the difference between the Silver and Bronze? I am concerned that the Bronze ones could be Silver Plated increasing their value?

I cant find any information if there is a weight or size difference

As there were only 110,000 bronze medals issued, compared to 6,500,000 silver ones, I reckon the bronze ones may be more valuable!
