So, I was not able to find about my concern, so I open a new thread. My mentioned concern is about items (of course fantasy and/or exonumia) that don't have a specific pretended issuer on them, nor elements that may direct to an issuer.
Those are the examples of my problem (problem cause I have received 4 requests to add pages and I don't know where to place them). first picture is common design on all.
This fantasy coins were minted by a Panama based company, into a location at Bolivia, to be distributed at Malaysia!!
In resume, my question is where I must choose to place them, Panamá, Bolivia, Malaysia or “no issuer” (I think there is not “no issuer” or “unknown” option).

It seems they were made by some (maybe shady) company in Bolivia so I would put them there too. From the picture links they already seem to be located there.

Yes, I am aware of where it was produced, but I understand issuer must be the one of where they are to be “issued”; if they were made to be distributed at Malaysia, I think that should be the issuer selected.

I requested these to be added (there are also two more 1/4 oz gold variants with the Andean Cat and the Macaw as well, which unfortunately I never got my hands on).
Only the Dirham (10 Dirham (Royal Silver Company) - Bolivia – Numista) was made for some distributor in Malaysia. I remember there was some project to mint new ‘islamic’ cross nation dirhams and this one may have been part of this.
The animal series was sold directly via their shop to everyone with some exemptions having only been made available to their investors.
