Catalog worthy railroad bond? [Resolvido]

Before I go through the effort of requesting this be added to the catalog, is this something worth adding to the catalog? I don’t want to put on the effort to submit it if its not something to include on the site and have my request denied.

Unless it was used as money, bonds should be outside of Numista's scope (and I think we have already a few in the catalog that break this distinction).
