Chinese/Japanese amulet

Trying to find out more about this coin. The shape doesn't seem like the normal Chinese shape….this is oval. It seems to be made from bronze, or possible copper….fairly heavy for its size. Any help would be much appreciated….

N#51089 or a copy of it. The images are very blurry, but the lettering is looking somewhat suspicious.
