Same design, different diameter

I have a coronation medal of this exact design, it seems, but can find no reference for it to exist as 20.7 mm (+/-), base metal of some kind, plated in some kind of yellowness.

I often enough read of new edition medals with different mintages for different compositions, so different mintages for different diameters doesn't seem to far fetched to imagine.

Any basis to let this duck find its row?
