Bugs in the "Page history" [Resolvido]

- The time table is no longer in a chronological order (see red frames)

- When you make changes, the log appears with the correct name and date but the changes don't appear, the log only says “no backup” (see blue frames)

- The changes you make do appear afterwards but under another name and another time (see green frames)

Here are a few examples:

In the first example, the log says the changes I've made today (within the green frame) are made by erniemix 14 years ago.

I detect also this problem. Yesterday I validate two medals. The history does not display the information in the right order; the records (date, member, status and sources) do not correspond with changes done, and the first data sent are disappears.

For example, N#571314 has this request progress (at left) and the modifications history (at right) is erroneous:

1. 18:42 – Rugby Museum sent the new page. The record is displayed at the end of the page (instead of at the beginning) without the data that the user entered.
2. 21:14 – I made some changes. The record is displayed at the beginning (instead of in a 2nd place) and is accompanied by the data entered by Rugby Museum and myself at that time (instead of just display my edit).
3. 21:17 – I approved the page.
4. 23:35 – I removed the background of the image of the edge, without write anything in sources. The history show record in the middle (instead of at the end) accompanied by the text “No backup”, and with my edit (the new image) in other position (at the end).

The other medal is similar, and I show the history of another medal, published on 1 April and has the same problem.
