A Mere Coincidence?

This note appears on this website as a legal tender, is this just an oversight as some of the higher ones have been demonetized? If it is, indeed, a legal tender then it has the lowest face value note in the world, right now. Correct?

I actually recently had a discussion about this. Through some research, I found that this note is in fact still legal tender, despite being worth an insignificant fraction of 1 US cent. It is the lowest value legal tender banknote in the world.
