How do you organise your trade pile?

I've been a casual collector for most of my life and have just recently started to get more into the hobby, and will be actively joining clubs and trading. My duplicates and trade coins are just in a big bin, which isn't ideal for lots of reasons.

Questions - How do you organise your trade coins? Do you put them all in flips, airtites or just organise them loose? When you like to meet up with other hobbyists do you look through each other's trade coins?

I suppose I could just turn up and see but maybe you have some insight or recommendations?

The more special items from my swap list are in an old album, ordinary stuff I keep in ziplocks per country or region.

Coins that are so damaged or corroded that they won't spark joy to nobody, not even for free, I keep in a ‘body bag’, away from the rest.
