Creation of a new emitter or ruler [Resolvido]

Hello!
I've recently started cataloging coins that were in circulation in medieval Ukraine, and I've encountered a problem.
For some coins, the required rulers aren't listed in the sections (for example, Vytautas isn't listed in the coins of the Kiev Principality).
And for some coins, there's not even an issuer (for example, the Podolsk, Galicia-Volyn, and Chernihiv Principalities).
Could you tell me how to add these items to the catalog?
