This question concerns this coin:
My 1993 dated example of this coin has a small “M” located on the reverse side of the coin next to the upraised paw of the bottom lion. This letter is not discussed on the Numista webpage for this coin. Is it present on all of the N-3867 coins? What is its significance?

Does indicate this same letter (in the same location) is present on some of the 50 senti coins (1992 and 2006 dates). Interestingly, this letter is considered to be a mintmark for the Tallinn Estonia Mint, but it also appears on the 2006 dated coin which was minted at the UK Royal Mint (which suggests it isn't a mintmark).
One of the engravers for both the 50 senti and 1 kroon coins (Arseni Molder) has a last name beginning with an “M”; might this letter be an engraver's initial instead of an actual mintmark (that would explain why it would appear on a coin minted in the UK (but it does not explain why the “M” is missing 50 senti coins minted at other locations).
So it would be useful to know on which 50 senti and 1 kroon coin dates this “M” actually appears, and what exactly it represents. Also, since there is no mention of it on the Numista web page for the 1 kroon coin, a brief discussion of it should be added there (like the one for the 50 senti coin).
