Easier Way of adding new coins

Hi. I am new user to this website and thrilled to see such a great catalogue and fantastic user base. While cataloguing my collection, I am facing a bit of challenge.

I have loads of new coins which are not the list. For example I have 29 of 50P coins of UK to mark Olympics 2012 marking 29 different sports. The coin design remains same to about 70%. so instead of re-entering all details over and over again, is there way of copying data from one coin to another and modifying the needed information?

I have 60 other such coins.

we can't copy information of a coin for another coin, with this way we have less double.

Sorry about that SBAND but that s a way to avoid too much mistake... you can always open too different windows and "copy/paste" the information from one window to an other one... it is a bit faster. Please just make sure on creating new datas that you are folowing the standrar rules. Thanks a lot for your contribution !

Sorry about the picture as I am not able to take pictures,crop and load them but the rest of the details are authentic from Royal Mint of UK. Hope this is in acceptable shape. If yes, I will add the remaining 25 new coins that I have for 2012 Olympics

Oui.
Les membres de la team en charge du catalogue ou les référents vérifient que les informations fournies lors de la création ou de la modification d'une fiche soient exactes. Si dans l'ouvrage utilisé, d'autres infos sont présentes, ils complètent la fiche.
Maintenant, il arrive parfois qu'un exemplaire non documenté d'une pièce dont les millésimes sont verrouillés fasse son apparition.
Et puis, les "vérificateurs" n'ont pas toujours les dernières éditions des ouvrages de référence...
