French colonies

I was looking up some coins from the French colonies and I saw that there were some coin doubles
like this one

and the coin KM# 1 isn't right - I think this coin is the same as KM# 6 but with a counterstamp or something added in the middle

can someone please look at these coins ?    

Hello coin s with counterstamps on them if they are official stamps then these coins usually have a different KM# for the first one you are right its a double entry you can write about the double entry on here https://en.numista.com/forum/topic16223.html and it should be removed a few days later.
