I was going to add this coin to the Numista database, but I thought I should ask about it first, just in case I missed something.
OBVERSE: A double headed eagle with sword and sceptre, very similar to the one depicted on coins from the German Empire and Austria. Mintmark letter "A" at the bottom center.
REVERSE: Text "MONETA SPICCIOLA PEL R . LOMB . VENETO" in a circle surrounding the numeral 1 and the date 1862.
I strongly suspect that this coin is part of the Lombardy-Venetian Scudo during the Italian States period.

However, my coin does not look like any of the ones already listed.
Photos pending.
