Inadvertent duplication. Please consider correcting.

Some time back, I created this record for the 2012 South African 2 Rand coin:

I have since realised that the inscriptions on this coin are identical to the 2010 South African 2 Rand coin:

I do not have a KM number for the 2012 coin but I assume that it should have the same one as the 2010 coin because they are the same. Please could someone advise:

1. Are these coins officially classified under the same KM number?

2. Should the records me merged and how do I request this?
