There are 2 questions about these coins:
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1207.html
and
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces39201.html

1. It's hard to believe that the issue https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces39201.html with mintage 20,275,000 should be labeled
Non circulating issue

In the Standard Catalog of World Coins (SCWC) there are different numbers, i.e. 443 and 350a, for Non circulating issues in proof.

2.  The round coin in SCWC has number 444 and the 12-side one has number 350, that differs from listing at numista catalog. Can you please change them as well, or give explanation, why they should not be changed?

edited: Ok, I found the difference.
I'd guess the 20 millions mintage is #350, not #444.
I'm not orange and also in other things I'm not a Donald at all. DonChori like Don Felipe or Doña María, por favor.
It  seems that the question is left:

SCWC:
KM#350  12-side
KM#444 ROUND coin

Now at Numista:
KM#350  ROUND coin  (link https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1207.html)
KM#444 12-side (link https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces39201.html)

My opinion:
1. (just from nothing): the mintage is for both types, it is still huge amount of money).
2. The Non circulating issues are not listed in Numista yet, but they could be added as common proofs at extra line in year distribution in the same articles with marks in brackets 443 and 350a

NOTE. Be accurate with changing KM numbers, it seems that most of  collectors read the description and had not check the SCWC, so it's better left that collectors have round coin with correct number, rather then they have the marked number and the wrong form of the coin.
