Well, look here's the deal. For several years now I've been picking up what I think are interesting looking banknotes from all parts of the world. I don't collect them, I just grab the ones which look interesting or have nice colors and vintage designs. I have notes from the 1800's up to around 1970's. Nothing in really great condition. When we relocate to the mountains I'm going to seal them under a Lucite or similar heavy duty clear vinyl sheet and make an absolutely unique kitchen floor. Neat eh?
However I'm not a vandal and I really would hate to destroy something that a genuine collector might need. I've been asked by several such folk to allow the chance for anything worthwhile to be salvaged. I'm not looking to make any money from them, just enough to pay for some equally nice but common replacements. Anything under $1 is going under the floor. Collectors only, I'd rather bury them if you are just going to resell them on eBay.
Here's the problem, I can identify the country, the denomination and in some cases the date. I have no clue about grades or values. I don't intend to take front and back pictures of each note and look up the price to satisfy the forum rules, there are just too many. I have neither the time or the inclination, I'm just as happy keeping them. Maybe they are all worthless, it's all the same to me. So, any suggestions from you note collectors?
Boss Moderator Ben, your thoughts please, is an exception possible as a one off instance?
I could list the countries I reckon, would that help? For example the are a few from New Caledonia which look like they are some kind of locally produced emergency notes. Early British Colonial notes, Pre war Chinese notes, Nationalist issues, Japanese occupation notes.... you tell me.
I'm open to suggestions and willing to do the right thing for fellow collectors but I'm not jumping through dozens of hoops in a long drawn out dramafest negotiation with some low rent hustler tying to lowball me from the other side of the planet while the beta male stalkers aggravate their carpal tunnel by mass clicking the "report" button.
Ain't nobody got time fo' dat!

Thanks gentlemen. I've had a pretty overwhelming response.
Damian, I'll send you all the notes from the countries you mentioned. You can pick me up a nice Samuria sword or something next time you're coming home. I know we had discussed these earlier and I just forgot all about it.
I have a couple of offers for the rest which I'll process in the order received. Once again, thanks and I'll mark this topic as solved.
