Tell you friend that, with the condition of the notes, IMHO he'll be lucky to get 30€ for the lot. Most of them would grade out around Poor+ to Good ..

Do not argue with ignorant people .. !! They will drag you down to their level, then pulverize you with experience ...

I asked yesterday about the value of the banknotes and this was the answer
https://en.numista.com/forum/topic49628.html
That's why he asks 100 €
As derf said, most of them are in VG or FI condition which according to Andy's post (#4) would fetch something in between $17 and $25. So even 30€ is probably pushing it. Would be a totally different story if they were in better shape.
2000 Lei 1944 - 13 RON
100 Lei 1923 - 400 RON
1000 Lei 1945 - 5 RON
5000 Lei 1945 - 3 RON
This are the market price her in Romania according to Andy post (#2)
421 RON = 93 €
There is no doubt that 100 Lei 1923 it's a quite rare banknote and you never know how much would pay an avid collector but I would consider the condition of the banknotes. What is clearly it's that current market value (contrary to Krause catalog) for this banknote (VF+, XF) in Romania it's pretty high (approx. 100 Euro) compared with previous years when I saw this pieces sold in VF+ for 40 Euro. For me it's not a realistic price but anyone is free to ask how much wants as long the market value is set by many factors.

Andy289 for this banknotes how much would be a fare price to ask.
It would be hard to tell you a honest price without a proper inspection. I'm not sure if there is a cut or just an ugly fold from middle to right side. Maybe a higher resolution of banknote will reveal some detail. Anyway as a modest banknotes collector I would not pay so much even if market value of this note is unexpectedly high those days. For me it's just about how much I need it and how much I am prepared to pay. The price of this banknote 2 years ago was 40 Euro (VF+) and this seems to be a fair price for me. I told you how much others ask for similar banknotes (comparable condition as long I didn't saw high resolution images), it's up to you to ask a fair price considering others or not.
Thank you very much for your advice.
Levi, please don't get upset with us (just in case you are upset). There is absolutely nothing personal. We're all learning here. We very well may be giving you an incorrect opinion. Honestly, I wish you luck getting what you and your friend expect for these notes. :)
smoked_caramel I not upset at all;)
I have no clue about banknotes prices I don't collect them. Just trying to help a friend.
